Is your cuisine clever? Could your linguine be more literary? Do you enjoy mixing puns with pastry? Ever loved a book so much you just wished you could eat it? Well then...
Come to the Edible Books Festival!
This annual worldwide event is a favorite among grammarian gourmands and bibliophile bakers (but is generally loved by anyone who enjoys playing with their food.) The Epicurean entries in this festival will take some aspect of a book's story, author, title, or even cover as inspiration for creative cakes, confections, casseroles, and more in this fantastic celebration of books and cooks.
Feeling more novice than novel?
No entry or fee is required to enjoy this event! We invite all to come eat our books and help us judge the culinary contenders by voting for their favorites.
Everyone is welcome to attend and to vote for their favorites in the following categories:
Best In Show
Most Creative Design
Most Delicious
When: April 9th from Noon to 2 PM
Where: Logan Library Grand Hall
No limits or restrictions on entries, this festival free to anyone who wishes to participate. RSVP to enter your own edible book(s).
