The Librarians may proctor paper-based and computer-based exams for Schreiner students during the summer months when the Learning Support Services Office is closed. Below are some guidelines for those interested in using this service.

1. A proctoring appointment must be arranged in advance by calling the Library at (830) 792-7312 and speaking to a librarian.
2. Students must pay $10 in advance at the Schreiner University Business Office.
   • The library does not invoice an institution for proctoring fees. 
   • Either the student or the institution must pay up front. 
   • Teri Danz (830) 792-7363) is the contact on payment questions.
3. Students must have a photo ID and their receipt in hand when coming in to take a test.
4. The librarian will make a copy of the receipt and ID and designate the testing location.
5. All completed materials are to be returned to the librarian.
6. Test materials are returned to the institution by mail using their pre-paid envelopes.
