Reserving a Room in the Library

The Library has three reservable rooms/areas for Schreiner-affiliated users during building hours:

The Scarle-Philips Room, a large conference room, and Room 160, a small meeting room/classroom may be reserved either by:

contacting The Director of Cailloux Center at (830) 792-7456,
completing the online reservation form and bringing it to the Library Circulation Desk,
calling the Library at (830) 792-7319,
or sending an email request to the Logan Library distribution group on campus.

Instructors may also reserve the Sun Porch Electronic Classroom for one-time or occasional use by contacting the Library.

To schedule regular use of the Sun Porch Electronic Classroom, or if instruction by a librarian is desired, instructors should contact a librarian to schedule times and dates.
