Instructors often place materials for student use "on reserve" in the Library at the Circulation Desk. These materials range from copies of articles to videos, DVD, tapes, and books. The library catalog now displays a list of items on reserve including checkout status. Look for the 'Course Reserves" tab in the center of the screen.

Materials stay "on reserve" for the entire semester unless the instructor specifies otherwise. Materials are available for student use according to the instructor's wishes during the hours the Circulation Desk is open. Length of checkout for reserve items can vary from 3 hours in-Library use only to 7 days as directed by the instructor.

A Schreiner ID card is required to check reserve items out. For more information, inquire at the Circulation/Reserve Desk.
