- Author last name and initials of first and middle names.
- Publication date in parentheses.
- Article title with only first letter capitalized of main title and subtitle.
- Version statement in square brackets if electronic.
- Journal title in italics and with all important words capitalized,
- Volume number in italics,
- Page numbers for first and last pages of the article separated by a hyphen.
