Digital Dead Sea Scrolls (Israel Museum and Google) top

Google Scholar uses the popular Google search engine to enable searches for scholarly materials such as peer-reviewed papers, theses, books, preprints, abstracts and technical reports from broad areas of research. It includes a variety of academic publishers, professional societies, preprint repositories and universities, as well as scholarly articles available across the web. Google Scholar includes full text and citations. Some links to full text ask for payment, though if you are "signed in", you may have access to those resources the library has sunscriptions to..

Why should I search Google Scholar from the Logan Library web site?
In many cases, links to full text are through subscription sources. The library subscribes to many of these sources. If you use the library link to Google Scholar, you may be able to access subscriptions already paid by the library. If you are off campus, you will be prompted for your Schreiner Username and password. If you do not use the library link for off campus access, many of these full text sources will ask for payment.
